Hello, my name is Angela Hart, Licensed Massage Therapist & wellness coach.  Here is a little info about myself.  In 1992 I was certified at Tennessee Institute of Healing Arts and have enjoyed a long career as a licensed massage therapist.  The practice of dedication in taking care of myself and seeking knowledge has always been key in my life. Yoga, hiking and organic diet has been my go to fitness regime.  I am also a certified yoga instructor and owned the first yoga Center in the state of Alabama which was a combined metaphysical health center and a store. Through the years my calling has been to help people find pain relief and comfort in their lives.  I have worked with thousands of clients and have become experienced in various healing therapies and wellness techniques. I work with the modalities of massage therapy, yoga, shamanic techniques, Brazilian red clay with skin technology, supplements, sound, diet, exercise, breath work, counseling and herbs.  I have worked with doctors, chiropractors, gyms, senior living, and corporate clients.  I’m also an ordained minister and I offer ministerial and shamanic counseling.  I would love to help you with your  wellness needs.
